We are trying to locate Valerie's great grandfather's family from the Neuchatel, Switzerland area. He was french speaking and when Valerie was a little girl other family from that Suisse area visited them in Secretary, Maryland, USA (near Cambridge, about an hour south of the MD Bay Bridge).
