Researching Dougald McPhail, est b. 1855 - 1860 in Ontario Canada. His parents were Alex & Anna McPhail. He married Henrietta Campbell and they had a daughter Agnes Campbell Macphail, who was the first woman member of the Canadian House of Commons. Dougald Macphail was a farmer and auctioneer.
